It's time for another fabulous Color Throwdown challenge, CTD #251! That adorable fushia teapot jumped out at me and I had to add a splash of pink!
Thanks to all of you who participated in last week's 5-year celebration of the Color Throwdown! There were so many gorgeous submissions to the challenge:)
I had to flash some VERVE as I worked with the Viva la Verve Sketch Challenge for July Week 2 and the July Diva Dare Challenge: Tattered Pages. I think my big flower and leaves works for the Nature Walk Challenge over at Paper Issues, too!
I added some white heat embossing on the flowers, leaves and sentiment to make them pop from the colored patterns! There is a touch of distressing around the aqua panel, some ribbon, twine, buttons...all things lovely for these wonderful challenges!
Thanks so much for stopping by the stage!
Stamps: Surely Goodness (Verve)
Ink: Versamark
Paper: White Cardstock (PTI), Soho Garden (American Crafts)
Other: Goodness Flower Die Set, Pennant Trim (A Cut Above - Verve), Summer Sailing Ribbon Collection (Verve), buttons (MFT), twine (Hemptique), white embossing powder (SU), heat gun (SU), distressing tool (SU)
