Hello, Reverse Confetti Fans!
EIGHT IS GREAT...and that means it's Blog Hop Day!
The Confetti Crew has some fabulous inspiration for you today using our favorite Reverse Confetti goodies!
You should have arrived here by way of our 'Fetti Friend, the marvelous Monika Davis!
Our challenge this month was to create our own background or patterned paper using Reverse Confetti stamps! If you know me, you know this is definitely a challenge because every card I create has patterned paper on it, the kind that's ready to go! LOL!
For the background, I inked up the stripes in several green/blue colors and stamped to create a gradient effect. Then, I stamped the limes in lime green and added some glitter dots and darker green leaves. The sentiment was inked up in another shade of green over some yummy vellum and layered over that fabulous tag die. A bit of seam binding finishes off my card.
I used the Deconstructed Sketches #163 for the layout of this fruity card!
Would you like to win some Reverse Confetti?!
All you have to do is leave comments along the hop for a chance to win a $15 gift certificate! Comments close on Monday at 5pm CST and the winner will be announced on Time for a Card Tuesday post!
Make sure you stop by the Reverse Confetti blog one last time to make sure you haven't missed a beat! Hope you enjoyed the hop and are inspired to create your own backgrounds with stamps!
Thanks so much for stopping by the stage!
