Pick a Rose Petal ~ KWerner CI #51



Kristina Werner at KWerner Design blog posted a new color inspiration today, Color Inspiration #51, that includes chocolate, rose, mustard and white. How cute is that little toy pig...or is it a bear? Anyway, I wish I had a piggie image to use:)



I haven't used the Pick a Petal stamp set in awhile, and what a shame...it is a darling set. I just love those polka dotted petals:) The petals and leaves are stamped, but I added a hand-drawn stem with my Chocolate Chip marker by mimicing the three lines of the leaves.

Stamps: Pick a Petal
Paper: Rose Red, Chocolate Chip, More Mustard, Whisper White CS
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Rose Red
Other: 5 Petal Flower, Boho Blossom punches, Button Latte, Linen Thread

    ...I would have freaked out trying to find a leaf stamp, but I love that you created yours by hand - BRAVE! Anywho, the card looks beautiful - the Pick a Petal looks really fun!!
