Welcome to Verve's May Spotlight Hops!
A new release is just around the corner and for the next couple of days we'll be shining our creative spotlights on the new Verve sets and dies releasing this Friday, May 20.
Today we're sharing our first projects featuring the Beautiful Things stamp set, Beautiful Flowers Die Set and the Stitched Pennants Die Set.

These new stamps and dies are seriously GORGEOUS!
I'm in LOVE with those blooming floral images, the ever-so-sweet tiny leaf sprays, the pennants and scripted word!!!
After stamping and die-cutting the flowers, I nestled them together with some of the leaves and the "beautiful" word, then added a partial pennant to the upper left corner, and stamped one of the beautiful sentiments in the bottom left corner. To finish off the card, I added a few clear sequins for movement and more sparkle.

ReplyDeleteOh, Stacey, what a great piece of DP, and I love how you've really used the wonderful new release items to add such "wow" to it. Shows what a piece of paper can do (well, when you are creative as you are). Beautifully done, and I love the layout how the simple outline flowers popped with the leaves and word die! Stunning card!
