Taylored Expressions Cupcake Challenge #24
For this card, I used all new In Color ink, cardstock, and designer paper that will be available in the new Stampin' Up! catalog on August 11th. The current stamp set is Big Bold Birthday and heat embossesed with irridescent ice.
