Welcome to Verve's April Diva Inspirations Hop. It's the 5th of the month and that means it's hopping time! This month we've got a fabulous challenge that's sure to put a string in your step! So in addition to a comment prize hidden along the hop, you can play along with the challenge and link up your creation for a chance to win another prize!
Our April challenge is Chic Chevrons:
Chevrons are the new polka-dots! Get groovy and use this popular pattern somewhere on your creation. Whether you draw inspiration from the graphic or zig-zag off on your own, just show us some chic chevrons!

The Heidi Swapp Mixed Company papers were perfect for this inspiration challenge...the white base with bold black pints and subtle mint! LOVE! How about that GORGEOUS Freckled Fawn Silver Doily?...yes, to die for!
There are a couple of extra goodies on my card that my sweetheart "soul-sister," Sarah Gough, sent me a couple of months back...that fabulous satin ribbon and blingy heart! Thank you, sweets!
I stamped Chevron Love's butterfly in Simon Says Stamp Sea Glass ink, and die cut using A Cut Above by Verve's All Aflutter Die Set...gorgeous! The stitched tag was inked up with a beautiful and heartfelt sentiment from Verve's Let It Be stamp set!
Does the layout look familiar?! If you're a Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge fan, it does! Why not pair up our challenge Chevron Chic up with the MOJO #339?! Hope you'll play along with us!
After a long week at work, creating this card brightened my day and...I hope it brightens your day, too!
Thanks so much for stopping by the stage!
