How fun are those balloons?! Just love this pop of (neon-ish) yellow! The Balloons stamps and dies are from Simon Says Stamp March release! I stamped a couple of the sentiments and stars over the patterned paper for a fun graphic effect!
The Orchid Baker's Twine is from my favorite twine shop, The Twinery!
