Here's a fun Happy Birthday card with a tiny bag of confetti for the recipient to rip open on their special day!
I used some of my favorite Verve Stamps on this card...

What a fun color combo here...the papers are from Glitz Design Brightside and the yummy confetti is Pretty Pink Posh sequins in Lemon Drop, Mossy Green, Aquamarine, Marshmallow, and Pumpkin.
