Hey there, SugarPeeps!
I was in the mood for a crisp and clean card using lots of white with a splash of color. My SugarPea Designs goodies were perfect to whip up the look I was going for.
I used all of these SPD goodies on my card today!
- Stamps: Chatterbox Sentiments
- SugarCut Dies: Chatterbox Journal Card, Zig Zag Stitched Circles, Pineapple Paradise
- Other SPD Supplies: Whatever the Weather Patterned Paper Collection, Lily White Sparkly Shaker Sequins
After cutting the paper down a quarter inch to use as the card background panel, I cut some vellum circles, a pineapple, "hugs" word, and a banner. The sentiment was stamped over the vellum using some pigment ink...works great on vellum! Once all the main elements were placed, I finished it off with some baker's twine and a sprinkling of sequins.
Head over to the SPD Blog to see what the other SugarChics whipped up for you today!
Thanks so much for stopping by the stage!

That is one awesome card Stacey. I love how you used the paper and EVERYTHING.
Wow, I love the colorful graphic style of your card! And I'm at awe at your talent to pair all those colors with lots of layers and patterns while at the same time keeping the design perfectly CAS. Simply brilliant!
Fantastic card Stacey. Love the pineapple with those circles in the background. The background paper looks great with those chevron stripes... also love the twine! Awesome design.
