SugarPea Designs - July SweetPeek Day 2

Hey there, SugarPea Fans!

It's the second day of peeks at the new SWEET RELEASE!  

You're going to fall in love a little more today!  

Oh my word!  Isn't this elephant from the Wine Not stamp set just so clever?!  and...SO FUN!!!  One of the SugarChics said this reminded them of the "I Love Lucy" episode where she and Ethel are stomping grapes!  LOVED that show!!!

AND....check out my next most FAVORITE EVER SugarPea Designs SugarCuts - Zig Zag Stitched Rectangles! Those little notches are the perfect accented edge!  You will be seeing these along with the new Zig Zag Stitched Circles on a WHOLE BUNCH of my future SPD creations!

I stamped the grape stomping girl and her bunches of grapes over a piece of patterned paper, then the sentiment on a coordinating pattern over a white card stock banner!  The notched rectangles were cut and placed at fun angles to create an interesting framed focal panel!  A bit of baker's twine was wrapped and added along the top with a burlap flower!

Go ahead and add these new goodies to your WISH LIST!  They are MUST HAVES, for sure!

I inked up the Sniffles & Snuggles image in black and stamped it over a subtle newsprint patterned paper, then layered it up with some fun papers, added a sentiment to the top of the card front, and embellished with primas.

Lori Whitlock - Quick & Easy Banner Tutorial

Hello, Lori Whitlock fans!  

I'm up on the Lori Whitlock blog today with a Quick and Easy Banner Tutorial using some awesome Lori Whitlock Silhouette files from the Silhouette Design Store!

 This banner came together in a snap!  

Quick and Easy Banner Supplies:

Card Stock

Patterned Paper

Tape Adhesive/Glue

Foam Adhesive

Liquid Adhesive

Paper Flowers & Leaves

Baker's Twine

Quick and Easy Banner Directions:

1.  Cut the Lori Whitlock Layered Bunting Banner from teal card stock using my Silhouette Cameo, using the standard sizing.

2.  Cut the Lori Whitlock 3 Doily Set using my Silhouette Cameo, resizing the doilies at 50%, ungrouping them to allow cutting from different patterned papers.

3.  Adhere the Layered Bunting Banner pieces together with tape adhesive or glue, then layer the 3 Doily Set using foam adhesive for dimension.

4.  Embellish the banner with paper flowers and leaves using liquid adhesive. Add string baker's twine through the given holes for displaying your banner.

Reverse Confetti Mini Release Sneak Peek - Hanging Out

Hello, Reverse Confetti fans!  It's peek time!

SURPRISE!  We have a super fun mini release for October...just in time for your holiday and all occasion projects!

 The new door hanger die, Confetti Cuts Hanging Out, is totally fun!  

I whipped this one up for my teacher buddy who will be returning to work from her maternity leave in a few weeks.  

I paired the new die up with previously released Confetti Cuts Tagged Tote, Confetti Cuts Circles 'n Scallops and In a Big Way stamp set.  Don't you just love how Reverse Confetti products coordinate and work so well with one another?!
