Autumn - Seize the Sketch #8

Good morning to all of you amazing Seize the Sketch fans!  We have a goodie for you today!

This sketch is based on a card that I made this past summer called "Birthday Wishes!"   I hope you love it as much as I do and that you have a chance to play along with us for Seize the Sketch #8!

I got to use the beautiful digital images, Autumn Collage and Autumn Leaves...gorgeous together!

I'm linking up to the Simon Says Stamp and Show challenge:  Got Ink?, too!

Instead of the usual printing on white and coloring of the digital images, I printed them onto some Stampin' Up! designer paper that I had stashed away...love the teal chevrons and brown houndstooth prints!  After printing the images and sentiments out, I fussy cut the leaves and cut the sentiment tag and background panel to fit on the card front!  There is a bit of distress ink around the background panel, some stitching, and embellishments of twine and sequins!

Seize the Sketch - There She Goes Stamps

Good morning!  Our fabulous Jen created this amazing sketch for Seize the Sketch #3 today!  I was so excited to see the hexagon shapes in the background because I just got the new punch from Stampin' Up!

The colors and florals from the Cupcake Inspirations Challenge #226 went into play on my Embrace Happiness card!

I inked up the Amalia's Daisy image, the extra flower and leaves to layer up her sweet hat!  The papers I used are Fancy Pants Summer Soul...which work great for a feminine and fun look!
