Life is Beautiful

I inked up the En Francais background stamp with Very Vanilla craft ink and stamped onto a piece of Early Espresso cardstock. After heat embossing the background with Clear Embossing Powder, I adhered it onto the Peach Parfait textured cardstock along with an Eyelet Border punched strip of Greenhouse Gala DSP. The sentiment from Style Beautiful was inked up with Early Espresso and stamped in the bottom corner. Then, some Very Vanilla Satin ribbon was tied around the entire card front and finished off with a pretty bow.

Stamps: En Francais, Style Beautiful
Paper: Peach Parfait textured, Early Espresso CS, Greenhouse Gala DSP
Ink: Very Vanilla Craft, Early Espresso
Other: Clear Embossing Powder, Heat Tool, Very Vanilla Satin Ribbon, Eyelet Border Punch

Style Beautiful ~ Convention Swap Card

For this swap card, I inked up one of the damask images from Style Beautiful in Chocolate Chip Craft ink, then heat embossed it using the Irridescent Ice embossing powder. The Crumb Cake card base was spritzed with some Log Cabin Smooch Spritzer and the image panel of DSP was spritzed with Chocolate Chip Stampin' Write Marker. The Scallop Ribbon Border Punch was adhered between the two pieces of Lap of Luxury then wrapped and tied with some yummy Concord Crush Poly Twill ribbon.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great weekend!

Life is Beautiful ~ CCMC109

Happy Thursday, peeps! It's time for a beautiful inspiration challenge over at Create with Connie & Mary Thursday Challenge!

I was excited to use a few new Stampin' Up! products on my card, the Presto Prints Specialty Designer Series Paper, Paper Flowers and the gorgeous Style Beautiful stamp set. The DSP is so cool, it is a white cardstock that has embossed images on it. Once you add ink, the images just POP! I ran my brayer along the paper using Bashful Blue and finally spritzed some Smooch Spritz over the top.

Head on over to join us for the CCMC109!

Stamps: Style Beautiful
Paper: So Saffron, Bashful Blue CS, Presto Patterns DSP
Ink: Not Quite Navy, Bashful Blue, So Saffron
