Polka Dot Dress for you ~ IC161

The Inspiration Challenge #161 on Splitcoaststampers this week is from Cake Nouveau. There were so many beautiful cakes to pick from, it was a difficult choice. This one called Polka Dot Dress looked really fun and cute...what do you think?

    Super cute! I did a simple card for this IC, but I think I'm gonna play again in the morning--too many cute cakes to choose from! ;)
