Hope You Perk Up Soon ~ WSC68 & CTD29

I've started playing with the Circle Scissor Plus more and more...and I love it...really quick and easy! Here are a couple of challenges that I combined to make a little 3 X 6 "Perk Up" card. Color Throwdown blog has a darling trio of colors to use this week, and Beate's back with a Weekend Sketch Challenge!
