Curtain Call Color Challenge: Act 15 ~ Thanks So Much

When I saw this beautiful bouquet, Vignettes of Color at A Creative Mint, I knew right away it would be a fantastic Curtain Call Color Challenge. I love the contrasting orange and purple with subtle hints of green...gorgeous!

To join us in the Curtain Call Color Challenge: Act 15, simply create a papercrafted project using these colors (or similar shades), post it on your blog or other public gallery (Splitcoaststampers, Paper Craft Planet, Stampin' Addicts, etc.) using the keywords Curtain Call, link your posting back here to the Stamping Stage, and then come back to enter your name and the exact link to your project in the Mr. Linky box. You have until Saturday, February 6th at midnight (CST) to enter your Curtain Call Color Challenge: Act 15 project.

Those who are chosen as Show Stoppers will be awarded this badge to post on their blog and share the exciting news! I will be picking more than one Show Stopper for every ten Curtain Call Color Challenge submissions!

Thanks So Much
This card is dedicated to all of the followers and readers of the Stamping Stage, and to those who are dedicated participants of the Curtain Call Color Challenge. Thanks so much:) I will be mailing this card out to one randomly chosen challenge participant or challenge reader that comments on this posting.

I LOVE the new Hugs from the Sending Love Notes die cut note cards that are in the Occasions mini! I used one of these sweet Hugs notes as the back layer of my floral panel...what do you think?

For my card, I stamped my floral image from Eastern Blooms with Garden Green for the stems and Lavendar Lace and Pumpkin Pie for the blooms. I punched some flowers from the Trio Flower Punch and attached them to the image using the Ice Circle Rhinestone Brads. There is some Cast-a-Spell DSP peeking out behind the main panel with a strip of Lavendar Lace that was Scallop Edge punched and wrapped with some yummy Whisper White Satin Ribbon. The button nestled on top of the bow is from the Sherbet Designer Buttons pack and threaded with Linen Thread.

I look forward to seeing what you create using this week's Curtain Call color scheme! Have a blessed week:)

Stamps: Eastern Blooms, Trendy Trees (sentiment)
Paper: Pumpkin Pie, Lavendar Lace, Whisper White CS, Cast-a-Spell DSP, Hugs Love Notes
Ink: Basic Gray (sentiment), Garden Green, Lavendar Lace, Pumpkin Pie Stampin' Write Markers
Other: Sherbet Designer Buttons, Linen Thread, Whisper White Satin Ribbon, Scallop Edge & Trio Flower Punch, Mat Pack & Paper Piercing Tool, Ice Circle Rhinestone Brads

What a beautiful inspiration bouquet! I usually shy away from orange for some reason - your card is just lovely!

I made a card but it kinda sucks, so won't likely share it. :)

Oops, sorry Stacey, missed the deadline for this colour challenge - I did a scrapbook page for Paul's calendar. Oh well... The colours were great. Not something I would normally choose.

Cheers,
Natasha x
