There's a new Creative Color Challenge up and running over at the SugarPea Designs blog today!  Check out this gorgeous inspiration graphic and color palette!

I stamped the "selfie momma" image from the Picture Perfect stamp set and left her uncolored for a sketch-like look.    The SugarCuts - Heart Journal Card Set card became the image panel with a SugarCuts - Polaroid Journal Card cut with the "smile" over the top!.

Verve Stamps - June 2015 Release Spotlight Hops Day 1

Welcome to Verve's June 2015 Spotlight Hops!  

After a long hiatus, we're back with a fantastic bunch of new products (although we might be just a little biased)! {wink}  Today through Saturday, June 20, the Verve Divas and our special guests will be spotlighting 5 new sets, 2 plain janes and 4 brand new die sets! The inspiration is bound to be dripping from the screen, but there's also a chance to win new products each day, so be sure to hop around and leave a little love for the oh-so-talented Divas!  Everything we preview this week will be available in the Verve online store on Friday, 6/19. You should have arrived here by way of Julee and her gorgeous projects, but if not...you'll want to start there so you don't miss a thing!

I combined both stamp sets for today's spotlight!  You can always count on beauty, faith and inspiration from Verve and today's sets are no exception!  Those itty bitty butterflies from Get Together were PERFECT to enhance the beautiful Psalm 19:14 Plain Jane scripture.  I added several layers of subtle patterns with a bit of contrast with black stripes and a doily.  A cluster of ephemera was added with twine to finish off this inspirational card.

How adorable is this puppy dog from the Hot Diggity Dog stamp set?!  I stamped and fussy-cut him out of cream card stock and colored in his collar and rosy cheeks.  The dog was adhered over a circle panel that includes a peek of the SugarCuts - Homescape.

It's the 5th of the month and time for the Verve Divas to bring you our monthly Diva Inspirations Challenge and Blog Hop! There's a new sketch to play along with at Viva la Verve, too!  Check out this fabulous layout by Julee Tilman! 

 It was the perfect sketch to show off the sweet bitty bear and sentiment from Verve's To the Moon stamp set.  I also used Verve's Rounded Scallop Frame Die, Making A Statement stamp set and coordinating Loopy Blooms Die Set to create a cluster of sweetness.

SugarPea Designs Sneak Peek - Day 3

Hey there, Sugar Pea Designs fans!

It's the second day of previews the new March release!  There's so much more fun left to share this week too!

The two new release products that we are showing off today..the Hot Diggity Dog stamp set and SugarCuts - Homescape  So fun!  I'm a dog lover, so this new stamp set makes me smile!  The new die is so awesome, too...so different from anything that I have in my stash!

I added some element to my card, too, using the previously released SugarCuts - Layered Treat Labels and SugarCuts - Gift Tag.  If you don't already own these, you'll want to add them to your shopping list..they're so versatile!

The entire March Product Release will be available for purchase in the SugarPea Designs Store on Friday, March 13th at 6:00 PM EST!

This scene was so fun to create!  I stamped the sweet dog from Hot Diggity Dog over a piece of patterned paper and fussy cut to show him off with the new Sugar Cuts - Homescape.  The sun was created with the previously released SugarCuts - Layered Treat Labels and Sugar Cuts - Gift Tag.  A few sparkly sequins were scattered here and there for some twinkly shine!
