Curtain Call Color Challenge: {ACT 46} & Curtain Call Crew Debut

To participate in the Curtain Call Color Challenge: Act 46...

1. Create a papercrafted (card, scrapbook page, or 3D) project using these colors or similar shades.
2. Post it on your blog or other public gallery (Splitcoaststampers, Paper Craft Planet, Stampin' Addicts, etc.) using the keywords Curtain Call 46 and make sure to include a link back here to the challenge.
3. Enter your name and the direct link to your project in the Mr. Linky box below.

Friends Never Fade



I'm loving that Poppy Parade gingham printed DSP from the Pawsitively Prints II DSP pack! I used it as the background of my card on a Pink Pirouette card base. After punching a strip of Wild Wasabi and layering it with some Greenhouse Gala DSP, I used the sewing machine to add a little trim on it, then added some gathered Peach Parfait Poly Twill ribbon. After stamping the main image with Poppy Parade ink, adding some glitter to the flower center, I layered it onto a piece of Pink Pirouette cardstock then adhered it over the card front. Finally, a full bow was added to the gathered ribbon trim with a couple of crystal pins peeking from the top.

Here is Laura's fantastic Sketch #56 for today over at 2 Sketches 4 You. What a perfect layout to gather a ribbon border! We also got to use ANY images we wanted this week for our sample card, so I picked my new favorite image from the Friends Never Fade stamp set.



The Color Throwdown #100 was the color inspiration for my card using Real Red, Regal Rose, Baja Breeze & Certainly Celery. The gals over at the Color Throwdown are celebrating their 100 challenge this week in a big way with lots of prizes...go check it out.



My sister's birthday is tomorrow, so I chose a birthday sentiment from On Your Birthday stamp set along with this beautiful flower image from the new Friends Never Fade stamp set. What's great about a sister is they are also an unconditional friend! Love you, Tammy!
