the Color Throwdown #143 using So Saffron, Old Olive, Pink Pirouette and optional Rose Red & Chocolate Chip...



and the Paper Players #49, Anything Goes.

Last week, we used some NEW In Colors...this week, use some old ones:) Can't wait to see what you're inspired to create with this bold and modern Curtain Call Color Challenge: {ACT 43}.

To participate in the Curtain Call Color Challenge: Act 43...

1. Create a papercrafted (card, scrapbook page, or 3D) project using these colors or similar shades.
2. Post it on your blog or other public gallery (Splitcoaststampers, Paper Craft Planet, Stampin' Addicts, etc.) using the keywords Curtain Call 43 and make sure to include a link back here to the challenge.

Grunge Rock



For my third and final attempt at this awesome color combo...this is what I came up with! (My first attempt is now in the bottom of the trash can.) I really wanted to use this rockin' set called Grunge Rock with the modern and bright color inspiration. It was fairly simple to put together...(after a few practice cards...LOL).

I cracked open another new stamp set called Grunge Rock. Love the cool images...and so do my kids! I paired it up with the Lap of Luxury DSP for a fun, girly color combination of Concord Crush & Pretty in Pink.
