New Valentine Goodness from BLD!

I whipped up these little cuties tonight after Lori from By LORi Designs announced them on Facebook! I just couldn't wait until morning....aren't they adorable! Forgive my dimly lit photographs, but I wanted to share them with you all ASAP!

LOVE how Lori left room on the templates for a candy or lollipop to be added! So clever! Just imagine how cute these would be after your kiddo colors them in and tapes a candy to them for passing out at the class Valentine's Day party!

For the tags I created, I printed out the images on designer paper and white cardstock. I colored the black & white images with Copics, cut them out, and mounted them with dimensionals onto the designer paper template. After adding a little layering, buttons and twine, these cute little tags are ready for candy and personization!

My dear daughter, Hannah, got in on the action, too! She is working on some fabulous Valentine creations also, and wants to share them with you upon completion! She is kind-of a perfectionist with her work (don't know who she gets that from:), so it may be another day or so before she has the completed projects for you to see! LOL!

Bugs & Kisses

Hannah's new outfit from the Gap gave me a little color inspiration for a card today! The new Bermuda Bay and Melon Mambo were a must along with classic Night of Navy!


Hannah picked the stamp set, too! She has been wanting this adorable stamp set, Bugs & Kisses, for awhile now and I finally caved and ordered it when it was going to reappear in the new 2009-2010 Idea Book & Catalog!

If you are a Stampin' Up! demonstrator or have ever been a hostess and received a Stampin' Up! box of stuff, then you know how exciting it is to open them up. My dear daughter, Hannah, got a little taste of that feeling today when one of my fabulous stampers came by with this early birthday surprise. This tool box, labelled with "Hannah's Stamps", was loaded full of stamps, inks, clips, notecards, some huge wiggly eyes, and even her own pair of scissors with cute ribbon attached (just like Mommy's)! Thank you Sheila and Nicole for such a thoughtful gift!

Hannah found the cutest scrapbooking and stamping supplies at the dollar spot at Target yesterday. First thing the morning, we opened the packages and she started stamping. She was so excited as she learned two-step stamping with this flower set. Isn't it adorable?
