The Cat's Pajamas - Splashing in to say "HI!"

Hey there, TCP fans!

Have you checked out the latest TCP Tuesday Challenge #320 yet?!  It's all about one of my favorite summer things...WATER!  

I grabbed this adorable new stamp set, Friendship, and used the super fun fishing image and coordinating sentiment for an all occasion card!  The Comic Balloons CutUps reminded me of a splash of water, so I added it for some extra movement and interest! 

Here's a closeup of my card!

To finish off the card, I added a wood veneer banner with some loopy twine!

SugarPea Designs - Hugs

Hey there, SugarPeeps!

I was in the mood for a crisp and clean card using lots of white with a splash of color.  My SugarPea Designs goodies were perfect to whip up the look I was going for.  

I used all of these SPD goodies on my card today!

• Stamps: Chatterbox Sentiments
• SugarCut Dies: Chatterbox Journal Card, Zig Zag Stitched Circles, Pineapple Paradise
• Other SPD Supplies:  Whatever the Weather Patterned Paper Collection, Lily White Sparkly Shaker Sequins

After cutting the paper down a quarter inch to use as the card background panel, I cut some vellum circles, a pineapple, "hugs" word, and a banner.  The sentiment was stamped over the vellum using some pigment ink...works great on vellum!  Once all the main elements were placed, I finished it off with some baker's twine and a sprinkling of sequins.

TE Share Joy Challenge - Wild Birthday

Hello, stamping friends!

I'm playing along with the new Share Joy Challenge, #37, today while using some ADORABLE Taylored Expressions stamps and dies.  I was inspired by both the sketch and the color palette.

Here are the SWEET Taylored Expressions products I used on my card!

Who wouldn't love a fun stack of wild animals to help them celebrate a birthday?!  I'll be giving this card to my adult nephew...one is never too old for a "wild" and fun birthday card!

I stamped Hippo Birdy's elephant in aqua ink, the lion in yellow ink and the bird in a light brown ink then die cut them with the coordinating Hippo Birdy Dies.  The largest of the Tag Stacklets 3 created the perfect frame for the animal trio and was tied loosely and knotted with some baker's twine.  To finish of the card, I stamped Hippo Birdy sentiment with dark blue ink over a vellum banner.

Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge - Birdhouse

Hey there, stamping friends!

It's time for a new Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge and I used some FUN stamps and CutUps from The Cat's Pajamas!

After stamping the "HUGS" sentiment from the Sending You stamp set, I layered up some bright papers with the Sending CutUps and Square Stamp CutUps.  To finish off the card, I added a little twine bow to the small stamp, leaving the tails long and flowy.

I was inspired by the colors and the shiny gold bracelets...reminded me a bit of a beachy theme, too.  

After stamping the Psalms sentiment from Verve's Good Work stamp set, added a little flag from Flag It Die Set, then added three of the Harvest Gold Sequin Mix for some sparkle.

Hey there, TCP fans!

I'm back again today with The Cat Pack sharing TCP Tuesday Challenge 314: Sentiments.  

Have you seen TCP's new Sentiment/Word CutUps?!  They are fantastic...so perfectly designed to cut in ONE piece, no assembly necessary!  LOVE that!

I stamped the two step florals from the new Sketchy Flowers stamp set over a piece of light pink patterned paper, then layered up with a Sending CutUps and a strip of green stamped with "Sunshine" from the new Sending You stamp set.

The Cat's Pajamas - Hello There!

Hey there, crafty friends!  I have some INCREDIBLE news!
I'll be designing for The Cat's Pajamas and couldn't be more thrilled!

I displayed a fun banner from TCP's Bitty Banners CutUps to celebrate today's big news!  After cutting the banner pieces from some patterned paper, I mounted them with foam squares, added the Hello There CutUps and finished off with a sweet baker's twine bow.
