COFFEE...Fusion Card Challenge #18

Friday is Fusion Card Challenge time!  The new Hypothesis #18 is full of inspiration with a fantastic sketch to go along with it!  I was inspired by the retro colors and coffee mugs...plus, the sketch was a must for me, too!  Head on over to the challenge and grab yourself a cup of inspiration!

Make sure you stop by and see how the other Fusion designers were inspired!

The Diva Dare over at Verve Stamps is all about Tic-Tac-Toe this month...and I 've been thinking about it for several days!  After dusting off the fabulous Verve set, Delightful and Delicious, and choosing some fun graphical papers...my Tic-Tac-Toe inspiration came together!  I can't count how many times I've played this timeless game with my daughter while enjoying a cup of coffee or a soft drink at a restaurant while waiting for our food.

The darling loopy frame was created using the Verve On Occasions stamp set and coordinating Occasion Frame Die, and where would I be without my most favorite border die, Verve's Pennant Trim Die?!  Oh, wait!  There's also some fabulous seam binding on my card from the Verve Signature Ribbon Collection!  I hear there's a new Verve release coming next week and I CAN'T wait, can you?!

The patterns of Studio Calico's Darling Dear Collection papers seem to compliment the coffee cup with fun polka dots, stars and speech bubbles!  Love this eclectic look!

Thanks so much for stopping by the stage!

Your cards are always fabulous, and your talent in creating layers/combining patterns is simply amazing! You should teach a course on these techniques; I would definitely attend! Thanks for the inspiration!
