Thanks ~ KWerner CI #54

Kristina posted her new Color Inspiration #54 today and I couldn't wait to get started! These are such fun colors to work with and really make you think "outside" the box and stretch your creativity. I pulled out a couple of my Sizzix Bigz dies, the Beautiful Butterflies and the Top Note. The swirly background is one of the images from the ever-faithful Doodle This stamp set that is retiring at the end of this month.

Jewelry Color Inspiration Challenge #10

Anyone who knows me also knows that have an obsession for stamping and for JEWELRY! I enjoy participating in other stamping challenges and want to share the fun by offering my own weekly Jewelry Color Inspiration Challenge. The challenge will be posted each Sunday and will include a jewelry photo along with the link to the website where I found it.

If you want to play along, simply make a paper project (card, scrapbook page, or 3D item) that includes the colors indicated with the jewelry piece. (If you don't have the exact colors, just use ones that are similar:) Then, submit your creation to me by posting a comment by Saturday, Nov. 8th at 11:59 P.M. and including the link to your project. You may also wish to post your photo at Splitcoaststampers.com using the keyword JCI.

Those of you who participate in the challenge will receive recognition the following Sunday...so what are you waiting for...join the fun! I can't wait to see what you come up with!

Check out the Bead Whimsical store for some spectacular handmade jewelry!

The bracelet immediately reminded me of the Doodle This stamp set, so to inspire you further, here is my Doodle Happiness card:

Friend Sour Cream Container

I love to spoil my workshop hostesses! Here is a cute and simple 3D project that I'm going to demonstrate to Libby and her guests tonight. (Although, Libby's will look a little different because I'm using some new DSP! Show you all later!) Best of all, as a hostess, Libby gets to keep all of the projects that I demonstrate...and did I mention that there will be chocolate inside of her container? If you would like directions for this awesome project, please visit Dawn's Stampin Studio for a fabulous video tutorial.

Stamps: Doodle Wheel, Pocket Silhouettes (greeting)
