Coffee....I LOVE coffee! My good friend, Heather, and I got together a few days ago to have lunch. We usually meet for coffee at a local coffee shop, so this was a bit different for us...no coffee! It's funny how it almost seemed like something was missing. Weird, huh? I'm going to send this card to Heather as a reminder that we MUST have coffee together soon:)

I was inspired by this beautiful antique teapot from The Shabby Tea Room DT Call and by Julee's awesome Mojo Monday #142 sketch. Thanks Debbie and Julee for getting me started:)

The Cutter Kit was necessary to get a little shabby chic and create a distressed edge on a couple of the layers of my card. I added a little Crumb Cake ink using the "pad to paper" technique to give the distressed edges an aged look. I think the metal clips and Pretty in Pink Taffeta ribbon finish the card off nicely.
I have several challenges jotted down, so look out...if all goes well, I will have several projects to show you this week. Did I mention that my hubby and the boys are in Des Moines at the World Pork Expo showing pigs this week...so it's just us girls!
