I'm a tad late on the Monday Mojo Sketch Challenge #380 which closed, but there is a brand-new Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge every Monday!  They are always fabulous!

It's a great time to add some Verve goodness to your own stash...a love-themed sale just in time for Valentine's Day!

I used that beautiful sentiment from the Love's Flower stamp set and embellished the card with the Jotted Heart Die, the Award Banner Trim Die and Shine Bright Sequin Mix...all from The Verve Store!

Uniko Studio Label Love: Thank You - Revisited Blog Hop

Color Throwdown July Guest Designer

Good morning!  Great news...I will be Guest Designer over at the Color Throwdown for the month of July!  I have been playing along with this cool challenge for years, so I'm honored with the invitation to join the design team this month!  Today's challenge, CTD249, calls for some festive colors that are perfect for a tribute to the 4th of July holiday!  

I used an adorable Lollipop image from By LORi Designs called Independence Julie...how sweet is she waving the American flag and dressed up for the occasion?!  There's a new challenge over at By LORi Designs today, too...BLD #50:  Summer Fun:)

Not only did the beautiful inspiration photo and color scheme from Color Throwdown inspire my card...the Mojo Monday Sketch #300, Ribbon Carousel #83: Celebrate Your Heritage, Simon Says Stamp: Patriotic, and CAS-ology: Fireworks helped a little, too! 

 

I colored up the BLD image with Copic markers and layered her up on some fun papers, Fancy Pants Down by the Shore that I got from the i {heart} papers store!  After adding a doily, seam binding, button, twine and a little bit of Stickles, this feminine card is complete!

Bundle of Joy Times Two

A blogging buddy of mine recently brought not one, but two bundles of joy into the world.  Congratulations, Nicki and family on the arrival of your precious twin baby boys!

I used the Monday Mojo Sketch #299 and the Tuesday Trigger: Scene in Tangerine as the inspiration of my baby bundle!

I found the CUTEST baby boy outfits...the t-shirt has a darling little rhino and the pants are a cool camo print!  

Here is the bundle for both baby boys...each little guy gets his own outfit and keepsake card:)

Uniko Studio June Release Mini DT Blog Hop

I was in heaven yesterday as I got to play with the new Uniko Studio June Release Stamps!  This release has something for everyone...from classic and floral to trendy and hip...love it all!  

The Sketchbook Saturday and ColourQ #192 went together nicely to showcase Uniko Studio's Beautiful Blooms #1, All Occasions Sentiments 2, and Nature's Treasures #1.  How gorgeous is that big bloom with delicate leaves and a hint of wispy grasses?!  

I used some pretty paper from My Mind's Eye called Dolled Up, fabulous Picket Fence Die from My Favorite Things and some sequins I picked up from Jo-Ann Fabrics.  The flower and leaves were stamped and then fussy cut and popped up on some foam adhesive so they could make their statement!

Ready for the second creation...

This card just makes me HAPPY!  The bright yellow and splashes of coral over an aqua background remind me of a summer sky... and the arrows and  big bold AWESOME sentiment are way fun, don't you think?!

The Mojo Monday Sketch #297, CAS-ology #48: Yellow, and The Paper Players #149 worked great to showcase Accent Essentials: Arrows and All Occasion Sentiments #2!  

I used some fun Glitz patterned paper called Color Me Happy for this hip card...just love that pop of yellow!  The sequins are from Avery Elle and the die cut stars are Stampin' Up!

I hope you loved seeing a little bit of the new Uniko Studio stamps from the June Release as much as I loved creating with and showing them to you!

Let's Make Lemonade - TAWS Be Inspired #30

Good morning, sunshine!  It's time for a little inspiration over at The Alley Way Stamps blog with the Be Inspired #30...how yummy do those treats look in the photo?!  I knew I wanted to make something yummy looking, too...and the colors are so fabulous for summer!

I used the new (FREE set with a $40 purchase) Lemon Squeezy from The Alley Way Stamps!  I adore the lemon wedge image and those fun sentiments!  Paper Issues has a new challenge up and running, too...Fruit Stand!  

 

The Mojo Monday Sketch #296 was a perfect layout for my trio of citrus wedges:)  I know, I know...there aren't blue citrus fruits...but they're cute on my card:)  LOL!  The CAS-ual Friday Challenge #104 calls for banners and flags...and you know how much I LOVE banners and flags...just the simple part that I struggle with:)

I used American Crafts My Girl paper and some of my NEW Avery Elle Satin Sequins...so in love with them:)
