By LORi Designs - Flowers Bloom

I adore this quote from Lady Bird Johnson...an optimistic lady that inspired many!  This sentiment is one of several in the By LORi Designs Spring Sentiments and goes perfectly with Pedal Pusher Hannie.

It's Tuesday Inspiration day over at By LORi Designs, so make sure you head on over and check out what the other fabulous designers created for your viewing pleasure!

Speaking of inspiration...I was also inspired by these challenges...Lawnscaping Challenge 55, CAS(E) this sketch 21, 3 Girl Jam #15, and The Ribbon Reel Challenge 50.

I love the happy tone this card has...pretty colors, patterns and texture:)

Thanks for stopping by the stage!

The colors to work with for the Be Inspired Challenge #23 were amazing and I tried my best to make them pop! What better way to make some eye-popping color that to use some hand-dyed, crinkled lime green ribbon from 3 Girl Jam! Love that ribbon! I sprayed a bit of Glimmer Mist for a splotchy effect to the paper and muslin flower, then added a few black rhinestones! The stamps I used are from two new TAWS stamps sets, Words to Live By and Pillow Talk. A perfect combination...TAWS/3GJ...a match made in heaven, I think!

Stamps:  Pillow Talk, Words to Live By (TAWS)
Ink:  Black Stazon, Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist
Paper:  Baja Breeze CS, DSP (SU)

Valentine Goody

Happy Monday, TPE friends!  This week's challenge at The Pink Elephant, TPE 185, is a fun and festive inspiration challenge...loads of red, pink, and white...full of hearts of LOVE!

Instead of a card, I whipped up a little Valentine Goody for today's challenge!  This little craft sack was  easy to embellish with a few layers, button and ribbon, and of course, a darling By LORi Designs image, Lollipop Ella Valentine.

My little goody also uses red and pink for the Dynamic Duos 38 Challenge and the 3D Challenge at 3 Girl Jam:)

And, don't forget to mark you calendar for our fabulous and fun Blog Hop in celebration of The Pink Elephant's 4th birthday on February 15th!

Thanks for stopping by the stage!
