Good morning and TGIF!  It's time for a new challenge over at The Alley Way Stamps, BE Inspired #36!  The color-popping and free-floating balloons inspired me to grab the Wish BIG stamp set and some festive papers and whip up a birthday card!

I inked up a couple of darling sets, Tropical Hideaway and All About YOU for the challenge today...I was inspired by the black & white calendar and the fun green and blue stripes in the in the photo! 

The Fusion #15 has some fabulous black & white with blue and green, along with a great sketch that I wanted to play along with also!

TAWS BE Inspired #34

Time for a new Be Inspired challenge at The Alley Way Stamps!  I was inspired by the colorful stripes on the coffee mugs and had the PERFECT paper in mind...but, when I selected Mr. Zombie from Bumps in the Night, I just had to switch my patterned paper to this blue/green/yellow combo!  The great thing about inspiration...you never know what it will lead you to create!

The ColourQ Challenge #200 and Freshly Made Sketches #97 worked great together to feature the adorably ugly zombie!

The Alley Way Stamps Black Beard's Loot was perfect to capture a layered and somewhat distressed and timeless look with the yummy papers from My Mind's Eye!

TAWS Be Inspired #32

A fabulous Friday to you!  Today, there's a new Be Inspired Challenge, #32, over at The Alley Way Stamps blog...what a cool, trendy, and bit of masculine funk we have going on here...don't you think?!

I was inspired by the pops of orange and those fun, graphical dots!  I paired the TAWS BI34 with the Deconstructed Sketch #108...perfect for a masculine layout!

The handsome papers are from Crate Paper Story Teller, and that fun stamp set is The Alley Way Stamps, Iconic...which you get FREE this month with any $40 purchase!  Even though, I went masculine on this card, I had to add a few sequins..someone told me recently that men still like color and bling...so here ya go!

You're My World - TAWS Be Inspired #31

It's time for some delightful inspiration from The Alley Way Stamps Be Inspired #31 Challenge!  The cookies and red-checked background of the photo reminded me of picnics...then, I started thinking about love and romance...hence, the LOVESTRUCK-themed card!  Hope you'll stop in and join us for  challenge this week or next:)

The arrows from The Alley Way Stamps Good Point make PERFECT cupid-shot hearts...and paired it up with part of a sentiment from TAWS Words to Live By!

The Unscripted Sketches #215 was a great layout for displaying some LOVEly layers and that darling cupid-struck jumbo heart!

I picked up some new paper the other day, Pink Paislee She Art by Christy Tomlinson...love the brilliant color and variety of patterns for all-occasion cards!

With the right stamps and papers, a card comes together in a snap...and a few die cuts, buttons, and twine don't hurt!

Let's Make Lemonade - TAWS Be Inspired #30

Good morning, sunshine!  It's time for a little inspiration over at The Alley Way Stamps blog with the Be Inspired #30...how yummy do those treats look in the photo?!  I knew I wanted to make something yummy looking, too...and the colors are so fabulous for summer!

I used the new (FREE set with a $40 purchase) Lemon Squeezy from The Alley Way Stamps!  I adore the lemon wedge image and those fun sentiments!  Paper Issues has a new challenge up and running, too...Fruit Stand!  

 

The Mojo Monday Sketch #296 was a perfect layout for my trio of citrus wedges:)  I know, I know...there aren't blue citrus fruits...but they're cute on my card:)  LOL!  The CAS-ual Friday Challenge #104 calls for banners and flags...and you know how much I LOVE banners and flags...just the simple part that I struggle with:)

I used American Crafts My Girl paper and some of my NEW Avery Elle Satin Sequins...so in love with them:)
