After stamping the adorable Bunny Snowglobe, I colored here and there with Copics and fussy cut to place over the card front as the focal point.  A beautiful snowflake from our previously released Double Snowflakes CutUps is nestled behind a scrappy sentiment, while the "Let It Snow" sentiment was stamped inside the snow globe base.  Such a fun set!

SugarPea Designs - Moosing You

Hey there, SugarPea Designs loving friends!

I have LOVED this endearing moose from Merry Christmoose ever since he released many moons ago!  Just look at him, all bundled up in his fancy scarf!  CUTE!!!

I paired him up with some fun word play using sentiments from Merry Christmoose and Noted.  If you know me, you know how I love to layer up the SugarPea SugarCuts, too!  I stacked a few of my favorites to show off that dapper moose, including the Zig Zag Stitched Rectangles, Notebook Journal Card, and Zig Zag Stitched Circles.

A little birdie told me that there may be a whole bunch of new SugarPea Designs goodies to swoon over VERY SOON!  Stay tuned!

I stamped the Psalm 143:8 scripture from the brand new Verve stamp set called Good Work along with the wheat image for a silhouette effect over the subtle patterned paper. I tucked a Hearts & Swirls Frame Die under the main sentiment panel then embellished with wooden and RUSTIC deer head.  What a beautiful challenge to work with today!  Hope you'll try it out, too!

I'm up on the Carta Bella Blog today with a two greeting cards using the fabulous Warm & Cozy Collection!

In the Stillness Card

The Carta Bella Warm & Cozy Collection is so fun...and perfect for the men in your life!  Even though I can't wait for spring, I'm still embracing the winter days...this fun collection makes it a little easier to remember the things we love about winter!  The Warm & Cozy patterns remind me of my favorite wool sweater!

Designer Tip:  Masculine-themed 

Masculine-themed cards can still be embellished and maintain their manly appeal!  Instead of a twine bow, staple on a piece of loose twine or add a wooden clip.  Adding elements like this takes your project to the next level, but keeps your man happy, too:)

Build a Snowman Card

Here is the supply list that I used to create the Warm & Cozy greeting cards!

Carta Bella Warm & Cozy Collection
Carta Bella Kraft Vellum Card Stock

Paper Trimmer
Scoring Tool

Tape Adhesive
Foam Adhesive
Liquid Glue
Wooden Clip
Baker's Twine

Directions:

1.  Cut apart Carta Bella Kraft Vellum Card Stock to 4.25" by 11" and score at at 5", fold and score to create the card base.

2.  Cut Warm & Cozy paper background panel to 4" by 5.25" and adhere.  Cut apart the 3" x 4" journal cards in the collection and adhere as a coordinating panels over the background panel.

3.  Choose stickers from the Warm & Cozy Collection to create a sentiment banners and image elements on each card, adhering with foam adhesive.

4.  To embellish, add loose twine with a stapler and a wooden clip for extra interest to your masculine-themed cards.

When creating with Carta Bella collections, it is easy and fun to whip up handmade cards and gifts!  I hope you are inspired to create something for the men in your life today using your Carta Bella collections!

Check out this Altenew stamp set, Hennah Elements, that I used to create my Winter Wonder card!   Isn't it gorgeous?  So delicately detailed!

I stamped the floral images from Hennah Elements over some subtle patterns of paper, fussy cut them and placed them over a stamped panel of vellum.  The main panel was then sprinkled with some silver, marshmallow and gold sequins from Pretty Pink Posh for some added shine!

I used the adorable new set, Have an Ice Day, from the Bean Stalk Collection, along with the awesome tag die cut from the new Gift Tag - Sugar Cuts Die!

I stamped the adorable penguin from Have An Ice Day and his catch of the day over a piece of patterned paper., then die cut from a stitched circle.  The igloo was also stamped over a patterned paper, fussy cut and mounted as an accent/embellishment of sorts!  Did you notice the Gift Tag - Sugar Cuts Die peeking out from behind the main circle panel and tied of with some festive baker's twine?!  Finally, a few snowflake sequins were scattered to and fro for some extra sparkly and whimsicality!

There's still time to play along with the most recent SugarPea Designs Sugar Sketch, too!  I've used the sketch loosely to display that darling penguin!
