Be Alright

Good morning!  So excited to use very first wood veneer embellishment on this soft and shabby card today!  It wouldn't be a "Stacey card" unless it had a little stitching, a few buttons and twine, right? there's some of that, too!  I used the Cardabilities sketch #71 for the their sketches, great to enable my layering and embellishing creativity!  Word Art Wednesday #72: Anything Uplifting, City Crafter 151: Woodgrain, Simon Says Stamp: Easter/Spring,  and CAS-ology: Song are both in full swing this week, as well.

By the way, The Alley Way Stamps is sponsoring CAS-ology this week, so make sure you head on over to play along for your chance to win some TAWS of your own:)

A couple of stamp sets from The Alley Way Stamps got inky for this card...I used Pillow Talk running vertically on one of my flag banners, and a sentiment from Words to Live By.

Thanks for stopping by the stage!

Pillow Talk, Words to Live By (TAWS)
Regal Rose, Basic Gray ink (SU)
Blushing Bride CS, pattterned paper (MME)
Big Shot, square punch, Color Spritzer (SU), Fishtail Flag Stax dies, buttons & twine (MFT), Die cut (K&Co.), muslin flower (Heidi Swapp),  Wood Veneer speech bubbles (AC), sewing machine
Pin It
