Here is the official blog hop order today...you won't want to miss anything!  You could win the ENTIRE August Release just by commenting on the blog hop...so hop along and fall in love with the new stamps and dies like I did!

Stacey (that's me:)
Ardyth - Guest Designer

I grabbed some color choices from the ColourQ Challenge #201 and a fabulous layout from Deconstructed Sketch #113, Friday Mashup #122: Tara's Lovin' Tags, and City Crafter has a POLKA DOT challenge this week, too!

I love how the flower from Flower Power #3 really "pops" against the patterned paper...and so simple to get a great effect with this flower.  Whether you color it in with markers, image fill it, fussy-cut it, or frame it up...it will be PERFECT every time you ink it up!  Head on over to the Uniko Studio store and check out all the new stamps and dies!

Lively Robot Girl

Good morning, friends!  It has been one exhausting week for me this week!  I took a week long technology class (which I loved) that was a great deal of work, and...the Illinois State Fair opened up and we have been prepping and showing pigs!  Needless to say, my house is a wreck...and after a late afternoon nap, all I wanted to do was stamp last night!  We are off again, bright and early, in the morning...Hannah is showing her Berkshire barrow in the open show!

Since my sweet Hannah is showing her pig at the state fair this morning, I made this card especially for her!  I was inspired by the Mojo Monday Sketch Challenge #305, City Crafter: Polka Dots,  and the Color Throwdown 254.

The darling robot girl stamp is from The Alley Way Stamps stamp set called Crazy Circuits...which I paired up with a sentiment from All About You.  How fun is that darling paper, Pebbles Family Ties?!...and see the stitched detailing on my background panels...loving my new Lil' Inkers dies!!

ah-mazing

I'm in awe of my clean & simple card-making friends...it seems that no matter how I try to do CAS, this is about as close as I get!

I was inspired by several challenges to day...love when the challenge combinations come together in a project!  The CAS-ual Fridays #108: Material Girl calls for some type of material on your project...here I used some Hemp Twine and some Burlap Twine.  That "ah-mazing" sentiment from CAS-ual Fridays Stamps Exclamations is PERFECT for the Let's Get Word Challenge over at Crazy 4 Challenges this week, too!

The CAS(E) this Sketch #35 has some cool splatters in the back ground which led me to using the City Crafter Challenge #166: Cooling Down... a wonderful combination!

i {heart} papers is the place to shop for stamps, ink, paper, twine...here, I've used the CAS-ual Friday Stamps Exclamations stamp set, Crafter's Companion white cardstock, Studio Calico Atlantic paper, Momento Rich Cocoa ink, and Timeless Tags dies...all from i {heart} papers!

When you stop in at the IHP store, let them know Stacey sent you!

There's still plenty of time to get in on my Birthday Linky Party fun and a chance to win a fantastic prize!  Head on over HERE and click through the fabulous entries there are already:)   Prize drawings will be held on July 10th at noon CDT!

Make sure you stop by the new challenge, Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge, to see the reveal of the fabulous Curtain Call Crew as we prepare for our first challenge on July 15th!

Thanks so much for stopping by the stage!

the best....Fusion #11

Happy Friday, all!  It's time for a new Fusion Challenge, #11!  This week I was inspired by the cool tie patterns on the photo and the collage of four on the sketch!  I couldn't resist the urge to create another "Father's Day" card, too!  This one's going to my own daddy who I get to see this weekend!

The City Crafter Challenge, #163, is All About Him ... masculine and just right for the "dad" in your life!

I used a new Avery Elle Oh Yeah stamp set and dies along with the fabulous Authentique papers, Essential Collection.  How fun are those adorable speech bubble die cuts with sprinklings of the Avery Elle sequins?!

Hope you'll join us over at Fusion this week!  Thanks so much for stopping by the stage!

With a couple of extra days off from work this week, I got to play with some of my Verve goodies...and make a "just because" card!  I used the Surely Goodness stamp set and coordinating flower dies for my card today...along with the Sweet Scallop die and yummy Spring Fling Seam Binding...all from Verve!

I have another card to post tomorrow with more Verve GOODNESS to go along with the new Seize the Birthday sketch challenge!  See you then:)

Be Alright

Good morning!  So excited to use very first wood veneer embellishment on this soft and shabby card today!  It wouldn't be a "Stacey card" unless it had a little stitching, a few buttons and twine, right?...so there's some of that, too!  I used the Cardabilities sketch #71 for the layout...love their sketches, great to enable my layering and embellishing creativity!  Word Art Wednesday #72: Anything Uplifting, City Crafter 151: Woodgrain, Simon Says Stamp: Easter/Spring,  and CAS-ology: Song are both in full swing this week, as well.

By the way, The Alley Way Stamps is sponsoring CAS-ology this week, so make sure you head on over to play along for your chance to win some TAWS of your own:)

A couple of stamp sets from The Alley Way Stamps got inky for this card...I used Pillow Talk running vertically on one of my flag banners, and a sentiment from Words to Live By.

Thanks for stopping by the stage!

Verve Birthday Wishes

Oh my, I think I'm in LOVE!  I recently won a drawing over at Verve and got some new stamps and dies...they are luscious!  How fabulous is that flower/leaves image and the darling heart border!

What better to show my "SMITTEN-ness" than to play along with the Diva Dare-March combining Maureen and Laurie's styles, the Viva La Verve sketch week 1...

the Pile It On Challenge #9: Birthday and Cupcake Inspiration #200 (CIC17) worked well for a sweet birthday card, and The Play Date Cafe #172 & City Crafter #149: Shades of Pink colors and Spring Theme #78 at Ribbon Carousel were just right for a lovely floral design!

I stamped the flower image twice, once with green ink on some green patterned paper, and again with pink ink on pink patterned paper...die-cut the flowers with the coordinating dies and stacked 'em all up with some foam pieces.  GORGEOUS!

Thanks for stopping by the stage!
