Wishing You Much Happiness

This card was inspired and created for the Mojo Monday Sketch 262 and...
the Play Date Cafe Challenge 152.
Using only one color with black and white was very difficult for me to stick to. But, after I embossed the vellum, the mojo began flowing... The embossed vellum tip came from a Monika Davis over at her M.A.D. Stamper blog...love Monika's creative work:)
Thanks for stopping by the stage! Have a goodie:)

Good Things

Happy Monday! It's time for an inspiration challenge at The Pink Elephant!
This week, we have a beautiful photograph to get the mojo flowing:) I love the contrasting black, kraft and white with pops of orange!
The Deconstructed Sketch 72 worked well for the placement of a couple of pumpkins on my card!
Hope you feel inspired to head on over to The Pink Elephant and join us for TPE 169:)

Brighter Days

There's a fabby sketch challenge going on over at Verve for the World Card Making Day...love it! Julee is giving away the ENTIRE new holiday release...sigh! Can't wait to see what Verve has in store for us, can you?
I tried working with the colors from the Color Throwdown 212, but I must admit that I struggled with the colors. The brown, red, blue and yellow just didn't seem to flow for me. But, some challenges are just that...a challenge:)
Today, with an extra day off, I'm catching up on laundry and cleaning up my craft room...then maybe, just maybe, I'll be able to whip up another card to share later this week:) What's on your agenda for today?

You Lift Me Up

Good morning, all! This card was inspired by the Mojo Monday 261 sketch...and it's contest week...a few luckies will get a Verve prize! By the way, I used my yummy new Verve goodies on this card...the Brighter Days stamp set with coordinating dies and that new pennant trim die that I couldn't wait to have!
The color combination over at Create 4 Fun Challenge 64 was perfect for this soft and pretty card. The blue, green, and yellow tones I used were Summer Starfruit, Lucky Limeade, and Baja Breeze. The Birds of a Feather DSP pack from Stampin' Up! include these colors...so pretty!
There's also a World Making Card Challenge going on over at Moxie Fab World and Cath is very generous with her prizes...go check it out!
Thanks for stopping by the stage! Later this morning, I will announce some big stamping news...so stay tuned:)
