Better Together

Happy Sunday, stamping peeps!  I was able to squeeze in a little "me time" today and I chose to spend that time stamping and creating projects.  Of course, laundry has to be done, and house has to be tidied, and... I'll get to all of that later:)  First, the fun stuff!

I used the MFT February Guest Designer Sketch as the layout of my creation!  Oh, how I love My Favorite Things, and this adorable image and sentiment from the MFT set, Precious Little Lamb Better Together, is PERFECT for the sketch!

The color scheme that I chose is from Create 4 Fun Color Challenge #70..and they just announced that this is the LAST color challenge!  I'm so distraught, not sure what I will do without this color inspiration each week!  Notice that sweet little floating heart on my card...just enough for the Pile It On #3:  Have a Heart challenge....and a little twine is on the menu at the Speedy Fox and Friends Challenge 143.

I colored the main panel with Copics and added a couple of new techniques with dotting the grass for some more dimension and coloring a background around those little lambs:)

Happy Valentine's Day

It's time for Valentine/Love inspiration from us girls over at By LORi Designs! I used one of Lori's new Valentine images called Bug & Roo Hattie.

The Unscripted Sketch 192 was the layout inspiration for my card...

and the colors from Create 4 Fun Challenge 69 worked wonderfully for this sweet Valentine goodness!

I used the fabulous Today, Tomorrow and Always - Time Stamp Set from Uniko Studio...love the masculine look of the gears, clock faces and sentiments in this set!

You Lift Me Up

Good morning, all! This card was inspired by the Mojo Monday 261 sketch...and it's contest week...a few luckies will get a Verve prize! By the way, I used my yummy new Verve goodies on this card...the Brighter Days stamp set with coordinating dies and that new pennant trim die that I couldn't wait to have!

The color combination over at Create 4 Fun Challenge 64 was perfect for this soft and pretty card. The blue, green, and yellow tones I used were Summer Starfruit, Lucky Limeade, and Baja Breeze. The Birds of a Feather DSP pack from Stampin' Up! include these colors...so pretty!

There's also a World Making Card Challenge going on over at Moxie Fab World and Cath is very generous with her prizes...go check it out!

You're On My Mind

Hannah and I spent a little while in our craft space tonight. She was working on some drawings and coloring, and I was able to do a little stamping! The two challenges that inspired me to make this card were...the CR84FN Color Challenge #58 using red, yellow and neutral... and

Butterfly For You

Happy Monday! I used the My Time Made Easy Pretty Patterns #6 as the sketch layout of my card today.




I also encorporated the colors red, aqua & white from the CR84FN Color Challenge #25.



The Shabby Tea Room #59 featured a beautiful butterfly inspiration for the week and I was able to use the technique challenge at Splitcoaststampers, TLC322 called Stampin' in the Die.
