I combined two of the new Verve Stamps Holiday Release stamp sets on my card today, Pinecone Christmas and Plain Jane Psalm 119:105.  The poinsettia image was stamped in dark green pigment ink over a piece of vellum die cut with the new coordinating Poinsettia Pinecones Die Set.  The main card panel was finished off with some burgundy seam binding from the Autumn Elements Ribbon Collection and embellished with some twine-tied buttons.

To create a wintery card, I used the adorable Frosty Friends stamp set!
My oldest, Noah, loved to watch Barney videos when he was in preschool.  This stamp set reminds me of one of the Barney songs he used to sing along to..."If all of the snowflakes were candy canes and milkshakes, oh, what a snow that would be!...Ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah, ah!"

My heart melted when I saw this stamp set, Weary World, for the first time.  Baby Jesus in a manger and in the Bethlehem stable captures the beauty of the Christmas season perfectly and simply!  I stamped the image over a piece of kraft card stock and used the coordinating Starry Stable Die Set to cut it out.  The sentiment from Weary World was stamped over the green floral paper, then a few of the new Holiday Sequin Mix sequins were added for a finishing touch.

The poinsettias in this new pair of products, Pinecone Christmas and Poinsettia Pinecones Die Set, are GORGEOUS!  I love the fun label-like sentiments in the stamp set!  I embellished the traditional card scene in some of the new Holiday Sequin Mix and finished the poinsettia bouquet off with a bit of baker's twine.
