thanks...

Hey card-making friends!
I have been crafting ALL DAY!  Hannah is away at Nana's house for the week, while Greg and the boys worked outside mowing yard and put up gates at the county fairgrounds...a perfect day for me to get lost in the craft cave!

I cut a bunch of Paper Smooches flowers and created a bouquet of sorts on my card...then used a big THANKS sentiment ... a great thank you card to have on hand!

There's a bit of The Twinery Baker's Twine and some yummy Pretty Pink Posh sequins on my card, too!

Thanks for stopping by the stage!

Here are a few other coordinating Verve products that I used on my card today!

I was inspired to create my card using the new Seize the Sketch #13, designed by Sherry Eckbald!  Isn't it a wonderful and versatile sketch?!  I plan to use this one again and again!

Head on over to the Seize the Sketch Blog and see what the other designers have created today!

After layering up some pretty Crate Paper papers and a doily, I stitched a row of little Quartet Heart Die hearts, then propped up the larger distressed heart from More Than Love.  To finish off my card, I inked up the beautiful "be mine" sentiment form More Than Love, wrapped the front panel with the beautiful new Pink/Cream Pastel Polka Dot Ribbon and added a sprinkling of Pastel Sequins Mix sequins.

BIRTHDAY - Seize the Sketch Reminder

Seize the Sketch #12 is still up and running and you have a few days left to play along with us!

I adore this color combination that my friend, Sarah Gough, put together over at Crazy 4 Challenges #220!

I used some of my favorite Uniko Studio stamps and dies, too!

Pure Florals: Chrysanthemum Stamps & Designer Dies

Inking technique:  I sprayed some glimmer mist over some scrap paper and die cut the butterfly...the ink splotches on the background are from the same mist.

Thanks so much for stopping by the stage!

Love Letter Reminder & Seize the Sketch

Happy Tuesday!
There's a new sketch, STS #12, up and running over at Seize the Sketch today!  It's a sketch based on THIS CARD I created last summer!

There's still time to play along at the Curtain Call Inspiration Challenge: Love Letter!  The LEAD will receive a $20 gift certificate from DeNami Designs!  I'm head over heels with this sweet Open Box image and Happy Valentine's Day sentiment from DeNami Designs.

I used some new yummy paper that my friend Kim sent me in a Valentine package!  Read about it HERE!  Love the darling shades of red/coral/peach that mimic the pop of color from the Love Letter inspiration challenge!

Hope you'll find time to play along with Love Letter at the Curtain Call and Seize the Sketch...or combine them like I did!

Thanks so much for stopping by the stage!
